Dr. McMinn has been caring for patients for over 35 years. He is an author and lecturer, and has been on the faculties of medical schools at Harvard University, Brown University, Michigan State University, and he was an Assistant Professor at UAB School of Medicine. Dr. McMinn served in the trenches of the ER for 20 years, and then transitioned to integrative and functional medicine at the McMinn Clinic in Birmingham, AL. He has since retired from clinical practice, and is now dedicated to promoting Integrative, and Functional Medicine via the Functional Medicine Podcast.
