Rachel Norgan graduated from the University of Iowa with Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Bachelors of Arts in Spanish. Over the years, Rachel has held a wide variety of jobs within nursing including the ICU, ER, PACU, and school nursing. Currently she helps people have challenging conversations about their end of life and advance care planning. Her favorite role ever is being a mom of 3 funny and unique children aged 9, 6, and 3. Like lots of mommas she became interested in all aspects of wellness during her first pregnancy when she noticed how so much of western medicine fails to address wellness fully. She is especially interested in the intersection of emotional and physical wellness. Also like lots of mommas navigating a challenging world, she is still trying to find the pathway to raising curious, resilient, and kind children. She lives in Sugar Land, TX with her husband, children, dog, turtles, and many other (hopefully temporary) visiting creatures.
